Rose can be playful, but will do whatever job needs to be done for the Starlit Door;

Rose, King Taron, and Tarik Nowlin all grew up in Jolev together;

After slipping on Taron's ring it is revealed she harbored many deeper feelings for his wife, the late Queen Amalia:

You slip Taron’s ring on your finger and focus on Rose. It seems Taron’s display of taxidermied heads is even more disturbing to her than she is letting on. Rose is the blacksmith in Jolev and will sell you weapons.
If she deems you worthy she will tell you about her family's history with the Starlit Door when inquiring about her ring;

Eye of Ulos (RPA-ADV4)
Encountering Rose in an alleyway, it becomes evident she is responsible for the bluestone explosive diversion at Taron's Arena in Sabek so the Starlit Door can claim the Eye of Ulos:

Gate of Brizoor Waal (RPA-ADVF)
Rose fights against the Ogre Tog and the Human Jeremy Duntum, aided by floating, multicolor spheres, within a vault in Mikto, Plane of Secrets:
- If you side with the Starlit Door, you will fight alongside her:
- If you defeat the opposition and are favored by the Halfling, she will greet you warmly. You claim the site, and find a green rune.
- If you defeat the opposition and are disfavored by the Halfling, you will no longer be held against and claim the site, finding a green rune.
- If you fall to the opposition, you stumble through a rift back to Elsifor's Tent at Brizoor Waal in defeat.
Silver Threads of Fate (LC1)
The rest of Sabek is frozen in time thanks to the actions of King Taron. You alone are able to move freely through the city and numerous rifts that you find.
You discover Rose as you step through a rift in the Frogkin Temple in Bogroot Swamp. She stands frozen in front of the statue of Buurglap, holding an ornate bowl in her hands. Two Klynoks appear on the other side of the temple, seemingly interested in the bowl in her hands. Depending on your previous interactions with them, you will have a choice to make.
- If known to them, you can either:
- Help the Klynoks take the bowl.
- Drive them off with force.
- If you are considered hostile, you can:
- Defend yourself.
- Refuse to draw your weapon and attempt to make peace.
Following this encounter, you may be able to free Rose from her current frozen condition. She could prove to be of help in other locations. And you may just learn a thing or two about others along the way.

Visiting Rose's shop, you see an iron that needs working, as well as a good idea where she might keep her gold:
- Assist Rose and impress her with your skill, paid with a piece of equipment.
- Steal the coin from her stash while she is distracted.
Savant
The blacksmith is working on a candle stick as you watch her work you know what needs to be done even though you have never worked at a forge before. When the blacksmith steps away for a moment,
- You step in and help the blacksmith finish the candle stick.
