An Elf noble at the House of Alarkus also characterizes Earta as strange, reporting that she may even be staying at the Temple of Shintal;

When you mention that you are looking for a Human woman named Earta, the Elf’s eyes light up with recognition.

Later, you find Earta in the Temple of Shintal, mixing together herbs and spices in an attempt to cure her son Arnon. A confrontation with her and her son will transpire.
