Uumloktesh slumbers as a stone statue atop a snowy peak in Iktel, Plane of Frost, until he is awoken;

Uumloktesh is covered in many hundreds of colorful glowing spheres that sparkle in the night air.

From this vantage, you can see who made the trail: a hooded cultist is perched on one of the five stone feet of Uumloktesh while her massive ice wyrm slithers around the statue’s base. By returning the Eye of Ulos to the giant statue of Uumloktesh in Iktel, Plane of Frost, the god is reawakened;

As you claim control over Brizoor Waal’s attachment to this plane, every eye in the statue's stone glows with renewed vigor. With a great rumble, the monument to Uumloktesh comes to life. It steps forward from its base into the snow, which instantly sizzles into clouds of steam around its feet.
