The caverns have become useful for secret meetings, past and present. The only light available is cast from lit torches.

Ample water once flowed through the passages below the Wasteland above. But, legend tells of the work of Khalo Zat famed artisan of the Saurians. He had aspirations of opening portals to other planes. He clearly had been successful as he had a map of the near-planes.

Despite protests of others, he opened a portal to Kleetoth, plane of crystal, allowing crystalline beings to enter the Wasteland. They drained the land of all its water, shooting it far into the sky. It is said that the mist that surrounds the land is all that remains.
