Your younger brother writes you in Sabek, asking if you will send any money home with a local farmer Hennish to help your ailing father:

• Give Hennish some coin to return home with.
• Keep your money for yourself and turn Hennish away empty-handed.

At Elsifor's Personality Shoppe in Bogroot Swamp, the Demon shows you a vision of your family, and allows you to send a message to your brother Durst:

• Tell Durst to stay home and take care of your parents.
• Tell Durst to leave home and bring a weapon from the shop.

On the pier of Cutty's Landing you reunite with Durst who is working as a dockhand:

• Send him home to tend to his familial duties, which he denies.
• Invite him to join you on your adventures, which he does.
  • If you asked him to deliver you a weapon, he will give it to you now.
