A volume written by Azariah cataloging his disturbing experiments is taken off the shelf in [[kulbak_prison|Kulbak]].

When arrived at the [[isle_of_winter|Isle of Winter]], you finally meet Azariah face-to-face, and he motions to eliminate you, Sam in his monstrous form leaping in to defend you;
